RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATIONS

Returns

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return window on all our products. Item must be unused and in its original condition & packaging. All original tags, packaging, accessories must be included. Unused items returned with missing tags, packaging or components may be subject to a reasonable reduction in the refund amount. 
Buyer must contact us by email within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. Do not ship items back without written confirmation and instructions from the support team. The buyer is responsible for making and paying for all return shipping arrangements. After the return is approved, the buyer must send the item back to our UK address.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and the refund is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days of Return Inspection and Refund Approval via Bank Transfer. Once the returned item is received & inspected, we will notify you. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs & taxes/duties paid by the company. 

Order Cancellations 

Buyers can request a cancellation only before the order is processed for shipping. we usually dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. if you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please email us with the reason for the cancellation. If successfully cancelled before shipping, buyers will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. If the order has already been processed, buyers must wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return or exchange.
